This Is The Most Refreshing Summer Drink Of 2014. And, It's Easy To Make

Ok, maybe it’s not officially the best drink in the world, but the cocktail recipe we’re about to show you is good. Damn good. I’m talking “Is this my third glass already?!‘ kinda good. And to top it off, it looks eye-poppingly gorgeous. Whether you’re entertaining guests that need impressing, or throwing the wedding reception of a lifetime, having this mojito in your arsenal will serve you well. We call it the Kiwi Blueberry Mojito.

The basic components to this drink are (you guessed it) kiwis, blueberries and mint. If you want to extract the maximum flavour from your drink, and you have access to your local farmers market or organic produce store, we recommend you swing by there to get your basket of bleubs. They never taste juicer than when they’re fresh picked 🙂

The best part about this concoction is that with a little creativity, you can transform this drink into something completely different, yet equally refreshing. You a gin and tonic kinda gal? No problem. Switch out the rum with gin and add basil instead of mint. Want to make this a virgin? Easy peasy. Replace the rum with sparkling water or sparkling lemonade.

With a little bit of creativity, the possibilities are endless!
