Divorces are painful no matter what, but celeb divorces made public are very painful. That’s what makes the shocking news of this surprise celeb divorce all the more poignant!
Drew Barrymore and soon-to-be ex-husband Will Kopelman recently announced that they were divorcing in April 2016. The couple married in June 2016 and have 2 children together.
Drew recently appeared on the show Chelsea and admitted that after divorcing, shes feels like the “biggest failure.” Drew went on to say that going through a divorce is shameful even in private.
Friends of the couple indicated that their divorce was not sudden. The couple had been having trouble for a while, and they worked on their problems. Sadly, they were unable to reconcile their differences.

Barrymore isn’t the only celeb going through a divorce. We recently found out that Boy Meet’s World/Girl Meet’s World star Danielle Fishel (who plays Topanga) quietly filled for divorce from her husband of 2 years back in October. Their divorce was recently finalized in March 2016. It seems it must have been mutual because the divorce was not contested. So sad!
